Mobile-health Network Solutions (MNDR), a Singapore-based telehealth solutions provider, has filed for a $10M U.S. initial public offering.
The company said in an SEC filing that it was looking to offer 2.25M shares priced between $4 and $5, which would raise around $10M if priced at the midpoint. Underwriters would be granted a 45-day option to buy up to 337,500 additional shares to cover any over-allotments.
Mobile-health hopes to list its shares on Nasdaq under the symbol MNDR. Network 1 Solutions is serving as lead bookrunner.
Selling shareholders plan to offer up to 3.1M additional shares. The company would not see any proceeds from those sales.
Mobile-health has been operating in the red. For 2023, the company reported a net loss of $3.2M on revenue of $7.9M.
