GL Journey via Blog  – Great Learning

I completed my MBA in HR and Marketing and currently hold the position of a senior HR Recruiter. My biggest challenge has been job security and continuous career growth. This challenge motivated me to enhance my professional working style by putting in extra effort to achieve a higher position.

I was familiar with Great Learning due to my interactions with TA teams in my previous role as a recruiter. Additionally, there were recommendations from peers and social media influences highlighting it as one of the best E-learning platforms to improve skills for a brighter career.

The sessions I attended were excellent, with a high standard and clear explanations of concepts. The value they provided will undoubtedly be beneficial in my future endeavors.

The mentorship sessions focused on “Building Confidence and Skill Development.” I received personalized attention from experienced faculty, valuable feedback on assignments and projects, and guidance on areas needing improvement.

My mentors have been instrumental in my success, offering guidance, addressing queries promptly, and providing strong support throughout the program.

I have gained knowledge in Cloud Computing tools currently used in the industry and am confident in overcoming future challenges.
