Recent sales of second-hand apartments in Jerusalem and surrounding areas include: A 58 square meter, three-room apartment on the first floor of Ha’arba’ah Street in Pisgat Ze’ev was sold for NIS 1.93 million. Additionally, a 53 square meter, two-room apartment on the second floor of Hehalutz Street in Bet Hakerem was sold for NIS 2.84 million. In Har Homa, a 94 square meter, five-room apartment on the 13th floor with an elevator and two parking spaces on Eliyahu Koren Street was sold for NIS 2.7 million. Lastly, a 111 square meter, four-room apartment on the second floor of King George Street in the city center was sold for NIS 4.1 million. In Tel Aviv and the central region, sales included a 33 square meter, three-room apartment on the first floor of Jerusalem Boulevard in Jaffa for NIS 1.99 million, a 74 square meter, 3.5-room apartment on the eighth floor of Machrozet Street in the south of the city for NIS 2.35 million, a 146 square meter, four-room apartment on the 18th floor of Harav Nissim Street in Bavli Park for NIS 3.86 million, and a 95 square meter, five-room apartment on the sixth floor of Haim Levanon Street in Ramat Aviv for NIS 4.4 million.

In Herzliya, a 106 square meter, four-room apartment on the 17th floor of Bar Ilan Street in the city center was sold for NIS 3 million. Additionally, a 127 square meter, five-room apartment on the 10th floor of Mandelblatt Street in the city center was sold for NIS 5.45 million. In the city center, a 54 square meter, two-room apartment on the first floor of Ben Yehuda Street was sold for NIS 2.07 million. Lastly, a 168 square meter, four-room duplex apartment on the fifth-sixth floor of Jabotinsky Street near the Seven Stars Mall was sold for NIS 8.1 million.
In Hod Hasharon, a 300 square meter, six-room semi-detached house on Avraham Stein Street in the Hamashorarim neighborhood was sold for NIS 7 million (Real Capital).
In Beit Yehoshua, a 204 square meter, five-room house on Hatamar Street was sold in July for NIS 4.86 million.
In Haifa and the northern region, sales included a 75 square meter, three-room apartment on the 14th floor of Hashichrur Street in Tirat Carmel for NIS 1.68 million, a 119 square meter, five-room apartment on the 14th floor of Hashichrur Street for NIS 2.04 million, and a 172 square meter, six-room house with an 88 square meter roof area and 119 square meter garden on Tzedef Street in the west of the city for NIS 3.5 million. All transactions were recently posted on the Israel Tax Authority website.
