IRFC Dividend 2023, IRFC Dividend Record Date 2023, IRFC Share Price NSE, BSE: The Indian Railway Finance Corporation Limited (IRFC) has announced an interim dividend of Re 0.80.
“Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 43 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time this is to inform that the Board of Directors have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 0.80 /- per equity share of Rs 10/- each” the company said in an exchange filing.
Earlier, the company had informed the BSE that the Board of Directors of the company will meet on November 2, 2023, to decide the interim dividend and approve the unaudited financial results of the company for the period ending September 30, 2023.
IRFC Interim Dividend 2023 Record Date
Indian Railway Finance Corporation has already announced the record date for the payment of the interim dividend. The company has fixed November 10 as the record date.
A record date is a day that helps a company determine the eligibility of shareholders for their participation in the next scheduled corporate action.
IRFC Interim Dividend 2023 Payment Date
The company has not announced any specific date for the payment of the interim dividend. However, the PSU said that the dividend would be transferred into the account of the eligible shareholders within thirty days of its declaration.
“The dividend will be paid in the account of the shareholder(s) or the dividend warrant(s) in respect thereof will be dispatched within thirty (30) days from the date of declaration of interim dividend. Shareholder(s) are kindly requested to update/ submit details for TDS on dividend to Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company at irfc@beetalfinancial.com on or before Friday, 10th November 2023,” it said in an exchange filing.
IRFC Dividend History
Earlier, the IRFC declared the final dividend of 7 per cent for the ex-date was September 15. The company had paid an interim dividend of Rs 0.80 in November 2022.
Back in September 2022, IRFC had distributed Rs 0.63 dividend per share. In 2021, IRFC paid dividends to its shareholders on two occasions — Rs 0.77 in November and Rs 1.05 in February.
