HCL Software has been chosen by the State Bank of India (SBI) for its MarTech solution as part of SBI’s digital transformation programme.
Under the five-year contract, HCL Software will implement the HCL Unica platform to help SBI transform its customer interaction framework and deliver personalized communication across the bank’s digital marketing channels, all while complying with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and other security requirements.
With its advanced Customer Data Platform, AI capabilities, and comprehensive campaign management tools, HCL Unica will use real-time data to enhance SBI’s customer engagement. It will support complex, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to improve precision and relevance in customer interactions.
